Prescription Request Submission Options
Important Notice: From 1st June
ALL prescription requests must be submitted using one of the following methods:

NHS App: Quick and easy prescription requests at your fingertips

Reception Box: Drop your repeat prescription request into the box at reception. Please ensure the items you require are clearly ticked on the request form.

Email: send your request to newsurgery.prescriptions@nhs.net

Website: Use the CONTACT US link on our surgery website prescription page
Please ensure your requests are clear to avoid delays.

Covid Boosters Vaccinations - Spring 2026
Vaccinations are available at the surgery.
Text invites have been sent to some of our eligible patients; more text invites will be sent.
If you think you are eligible for Covid (and have not received a text invite from us), please phone the surgery to check/book an appointment.
We have a limited supply of vaccines so please book early.

NHS Health Checks
We now offer NHS Health Checks for our registered patients!
If you are aged between 40 and 74 and have no underlying health conditions you may be eligible for a free NHS Health Check at our practice. Contact us to see if you are eligible and book your appointments.

Blood Test Appointments
We are very pleased to let you know that we are now able to offer blood test appointments for the over 16s.
Blood test appointments are available to book online. However, you must ensure that your blood test request has been ordered on our clinical system.

Prostate Cancer
Our practice is taking part in a national campaign to raise awareness about prostate cancer.

Cervical Smears
Women and people with a cervix between the ages of 25 and 64 should go for regular cervical screening.
You will receive a letter in the post inviting you to make an appointment. When you receive this invite please phone the surgery to make an appointment - weekday and some Saturday appointments are available.
